What fields does LHDN require?
LHDN's MyInvois format requires 55+ fields across the supplier, buyer, line items, and payment sections. Key mandatory ones:
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) — for both supplier and buyer
- Business Registration Number (BRN) — from SSM
- MSIC Code — 5-digit Malaysia Standard Industrial Classification
- Classification Code — per line item, from LHDN CLASS list
- Payment Mode — standardized LHDN codes (01–08)
- Digital Signature — from an approved Certificate Authority
